Anyone know what this bird is / was?

Just seen it on a new Flysat page at 26.7E

A quick google shows shes 30 years old! (and heavily inclined - 14 degrees or so!)

On that Flysat page, apparently the TLE's are taken from the n2yo database, where they don't care about removing the dead ones. In other words, quite useless.
But I won't bother convincing Flysat to get rid of this nonsense page.
It's already hard enough, to make him keep the main sat list correct!
