In view of the loss of premiership rights by Art, football fans must now focus on the
alternatives.
Foremost of these is Showtime on Nilesat. which for a good many, would mean
a dish upgrade.

I wonder if Admins would kindly consider a "sticky" for this subject, whereby members
with existing systems may provide useful information for other members,
IE; Size of Dish, Location, Reception of Nilesat, Signal Quality etc.

This feedback would be very important and would steer prospective dish buyers on the right course, as there are some very helpful, specialist Prime Focus members in this forum, who could advise members accordingly. as to what size/type dish to buy/not to buy for their locations.

I, myself live in Eastbourne, East Sussex and I am keen to hear from anybody
who has Showtime reception in this neck of the woods, including dish size/type.

I am considering buying a Fortec Star 1.8 prime focus. (not sure if would be good enough)

Thanks
Hugh

We are already working on it - starting about an hour after the news broke earlier in the week. It will be going live soon.

Our official thread is now available in the Fringe Reception section. All members are requested NOT to ask questons in the thread - its for information about working dish sizes only
