Hello,

If by boosting you mean amplifying, then NOT possible, because you will amplify the noise as well and make things worse.
Usually what boosts the signal is bigger dish, better alignment, better quality LNB and so on.
Is your dish fixed or motorised?

I ask because with a motorised dish you need a slightly bigger dish; in your case it'd be 1m you need to behave as 90cm on every position you move the dish to. I am giving you my best advice. I am trying:)

A properly setup motorised dish, i.e one that is tracking the arc will perform just as well as a fixed dish of the same size.:confused
