Have you got Skype on your computer? If not get it and phone them using that. It is a bit expensive to phone sly - compared to skype´s usual low prices - so make sure your topped up first. They won´´t know where your phoning from and tell them your problem.

The thing is that I have only the card number, box and name of the subscriber. No other data...

Ok I understand. So If the card came stuck on the paper then the details should be on this paper. If not and it came thru an agent then they should contact them.
If its only a month old then how did you get the card paired to the box?

I did not pair them. The agent is nowhere to be found since 2 weeks time...
There was no contract booklet. All new white cards come with a paper that has no contract details just refers to the old card number that it replaces...

The paper you got would have had the full details on it. The agent has removed the relevant details.

OK Keep trying the agent but have heard one of the big ones in Spain has "gone"

With the new epg the signal quality measurement changes depending on the channel I am on.

Look what I got for Sky Sports Xtra.

Hey.

Have the excact same problem as you have. Bought the reciever with card outside UK. They are trying to update the card but no luck. Everything else than sky sports hd3 and sky sport xtra is working.

Did you get a solution on your issue?

If there is strong signal then ask dealer to request for signal resend...
When signal was resent, hd3 and Xtra came crystal clear...

Do I have to put the channel on f.ex sky sports xtra to make it update that certain channel, or can I put it on a channel that already is cleared?

No, you don't do anything. You ask from your dealer to ask from Sky to resend signal to you because some channels are not unlocked. But before you do that you have to check if your signal is strong enough to receive the channel. But Norway is not far from the UK so I guess it is not a signal strength matter...
