Your question is not clear enough. Are you asking if there are any Russian channels on the Sky digital platform? none that I am aware of.

If you are asking is my sky receiver capable of receiving Russian channels? if you pointed your dish to another satellite it may get some but best to use it just for reception of sky as there severe limitations with a sky box which I have no desire to go into now
