Yeah I know, there was camping dish and receiver in a suitcase kits just a couple of months back in Aldi, did you see them then mate?

I like those little 39cm dishes, I had the plastic one but managed to smash it in a car accident! I want a metal one this time around.
Fingers crossed they come back.

An Axminster has opened up not too far from here, keep meaning to have a look in there. I know people who have had their products mail order and been very happy with them for the price/performance ratio.

Thanks, and I've had a look at that site, but could not see anything like the Lidl bench grinder that is designed to cut metal.

Just to add insult to injury then had them marked down in the clearance sale, I will keep an eye out for them, I still feel the SilverCrest branded Lidl ones were the better make of them.

I've been hoping they would do a Android TV box with a Google certified firmware and a locked bootloader so it would be able to support Netflix HD.

Mine was a Silvercrest. Which are Comag, it was the SL65/12 In my kit, I patched the hell out of it over the serial port.

Yip that's one I still have, it's "Silver" in colour and the casing is metal.

Me too, was my first ever digital receiver, £40 when a Technomate 1000D was £90 with £8 post from TPS ect.
