Hi Folks ..

Is it Possible to stream a raw LNB signal thru the internet from somewhere then recieve it in another place to connect it in a satellite reciever?

No it isn't possible, the bandwidth required for one band would be huge, but for all four bands would be enormous. If you have a good internet connection, just buy a slingbox and sling catcher.

Take a look at _http://issuu.com/tele-satellite-english/docs/1005?viewMode=magazine&mode=embed pages 60+. Maybe this solves your problem as well.
