Just been looking at some of the other forums and although many people are looking for this, nobody seems to know where to find it. You may need to try and find a dedicated Strong forum.

Unless I am mistaken the specifications seem to have no description of any common interface slot, nor embedded solution firmware.

If you have been sold this receiver and were given the impression it would decode encrypted channels using software upgrade, then you should return the receiver to the supplier for a full refund.
