The channels of MIS30 are indeed T2-MI and I think DOTV is inside these for a long time now, the channels of MIS40 are not T2-MI and can be tuned directly with TBS!
Blade what program is this, DVBdream? Did it decapsulate the T2-MI on its own?

No smart dvb, all I did was manual scan the tp including the code. channels scanned in, then saved and they open,

Stream 40 is just multistream not t2mi and can be watched with any multistream support hardware.... DO TV is inside of multistream 40.

Yes, DO TV is inside MIS40 indeed. These are expected to pass to T2-MI as well at some point, none of these were initially!
