As my satellite reception is poor, I have switched to using a PC to watch UKTVPLAY but something has changed recently and whilst I can watch a program, I cannot pause it or move through the timeline, am sure I used to be able to do this. Same behaviour on both Firefox and Edge. PC is running Win11. Channel4 site doesn't have the same issue

Has anyone else had the same problem and found a solution?

Watching the program is not the problem, what I can no longer do is to is to fast forward/rewind.

Starting Firefox in Safe Mode (with all Add-Ons disabled) doesn't change anything.

I use an USB stick to coppy to RAM PCLinuxOS
then I install in Firefox a VPN exstention in order to be able to watch Channel4.
The VPN has a blocker itself so I have to disable it before whatching.
PCLinuxOS is never installed on HDD in my computer.
I have a switch that turns off the 2 SSDs for Windows 11 & Xubuntu when I coppy to RAM PCLinuxOS.
That way I always have a virgin version of Firefox + VPN for streaming from ITV, BBC, Channel4 etc.

Before I used to have problems with 1tv.ru which always told me that I didn't turn off the ad blocker, until I started using PCLinuxOS copied to RAM.
