I use a set of scripts I've written to mount CIFS. The command generated is essentially:
'mount.cifs //PC_IP_ADDRESS/SHARED_FOLDER /mnt/cifs/MOUNTDIR -o user=USERNAME,pass=PASSWORD'. Remove USERNAME and/or PASSWORD if you don't happen to have one.

That's right, although there is a mount.cifs tool that allows you to use my command.
