Can you open these links barbod_f, you were having problems with blocked sites?
I realise that these channels are listed in your satellite receiver but are you sure that your dish is pointed at 13E and you're receiving a strong signal for HBO?
Many channels share the same frequencies, on different satellites, so even though you think you have your dish aligned to 13E and are getting a good signal for some channels you might not be.
Try tuning in to a Free to Air channel, on 13E, that is broadcasting on the same beam, Europe, like Arryadia, and other Arab channels on 10873 V 27500.

These are listed as broadcasting on the same beam, Europe, as the Cyfra+ package, so check your signal strength, for all times of the day, in different weather conditions, and see if you can get a stable picture.
The dish sizes, indicated in the maps:

are only approximate so it requires information from someone in your area to confim what channels are available on your size of dish, or for you to test them yourself.

Either the site is experiencing problems or the proxy has been blocked, and from the message it looks like it's been stopped, try another one.

i have the channel but unfortunately i can watch it because its not free, but i can see that i have good signals coming (reciever shows them)....
and about the way of dish i donno if it is on 13..!!
i ll try the frequency u gave and i ll tell you the newes..

but unfortunately some of them were blocked but there were 2 of them, but when i used them for the first time i could open some sites but when i wanted to use them again they were blocked too....
i donno what to do next!!!

they are so clear...
and i can watch them anytime,

i can watch bbc world news, so clear,
about the signal s is 76% and quality is changing between 24% and 27%
i cant check the site, all the proxy sites are not working, but i am willing to open them
there must be a program so i can hide my ip adre then i can open any site

you know here are just this size of the dishes and we can t choose the dishes. as long as satlite here is forbidden if even i find the bigger dish i can t use it, since the government watching the roofs with helikopters or using detective sets or nowadays puting some destroying parasite that we can t watch the channels since 10 am till midnight. its such a misrable situation for us.
at least this dish is the only thing i got, and i can watch bbc world news so clear and so many others. they don t have problems like breaking or anything.
do you think is there any chance that i can watch sy-fy or the other channels i am willing to?
and one more question, do u have any idea how can i remove the parasite??? i even used the Aluminium on the LNB but its not working.....

when i want to watch the singal and the quality going and coming. i think they are just jamming the signals.

If the government is jamming the signals then you are stuck. Move house to where there is no jamming?????

One other option if you have fast broadband would be to find a friend abroad to host a slingbox so you get your tv fed to you across the internet.
