Whats happened to these channels?

first of all, aljazeerasport+1 and +2 on 13e.

these channels seem to decrypt but have a blank screen, have they stopped broadcasting?


secondly BFBS channels on 7e..I can no longer lock onto the channels. Previously they were strong signals. Have they moved transponders or even moved satellite?
