whats on these channels ??

hi ppl
i came across a recent addition on hellas sat namely AUTV1,2 and 3.
i gather they are encrypted and was wondering whether anyone knows whats on them ?
the frequencies are all 12606 H
There isnt any info of their existence on any of the frequency websites (lyngs*t or kingofs*t)

AUTV = African United TV.> Its an pay service that will be carrying African channels. They were testing with RTNC Congo and several others a few weeks ago.
