Hi. I can use help connecting. I generate a message no service found with a SNR constant of 63%.
More information needed.
What system are you using, receiver, dish etc ?
What satellite & channels are you trying to view ?
I am using a Dreambox DM 500s, 100ft coaxial RG6 cable, dual ku LNB on a 36 inch dish facing Glaxaxy 19.More information needed.

Free to air in the UK means that there is no encryption, as you are looking at a Galaxy bird you are obviously over the pond where free to air means illegally decrypting encrypted channels, discussion of which we do not allow, of course, you would know that if you had read the rules when you registered. As for Channels I look for all free to Air - major networks.
OK apologies to Sebastianbird, I was unaware that Galaxy 19 had replaced Galaxy 25, which Tony Daly has pointed out is mostly free to air (UK type)Free to air in the UK means that there is no encryption, as you are looking at a Galaxy bird you are obviously over the pond where free to air means illegally decrypting encrypted channels, discussion of which we do not allow, of course, you would know that if you had read the rules when you registered. All are giving me a 63% snr.Which transponder is giving you that 63% SNR figure?
I used a Satellite finder meter to find Galaxy 19.OK apologies to Sebastianbird, I was unaware that Galaxy 19 had replaced Galaxy 25, which Tony Daly has pointed out is mostly free to air (UK type)
Having said that there is insufficient information to be able to assist
What channels are you seeking to watch?
What makes you think you are pointing at the satellite?
How have you verified the acquisition of the signal?
What size dish are you using?
An SNR means nothing, what is your signal strength and quality?
All are giving me a 63% snr.
Can I also suggest that the OP do a blind scan of the satellite they think they are on.
The results would show whether they are on the correct satellite or some other satellite altogether.
Didn't realise that as I don't have a Dreambox.I don't think the Dreambox 500s has blind scan of any kind.
True but the vast majority of the channels that the OP is trying to view on Galaxy 19 are still in SD.Let's be honest here a Dreambox 500 is at least 10 years old and probably not functioning correctly in any case, O/P would be better to get hold of something younger as SD channels are quickly being replaced on the arc.
