its similar to kathrein what i can tell you is that i have the cas90 and has very good gain as much as televes 1.10 the weight is 13kg i have installed on motor and its very strong installation has to be very windy day to loose signal.
Did you have any issues getting it through customs, such as taxes and handling fees?
I've ordered some items via 'Amazon EU', but the delivery date has changed to 'we'll email when it's ready to be delivered' despite the products still being sold on Amazon with a named delivery date.
Hi DonSE2,No issues or extra fees, the two websites sotel and conrad both seem to accommodate UK orders post brexit. There were some sellers through Amazon that allowed me to order but they then cancelled.
Hi DonSE2,
How are you getting on with your kathrein dish? And what was the total price you paid?
thank you
I used Sotel.de. Based on the invoice I was charged VAT at 20% as part of the 175 euro total fee. Nothing to pay when I received the deliveryDid you get charged any customs or did conrad pay uk vat for you?

Thanks, hopefully you have some good results from it.
On amazon, which market seller did you put an order through? I just put one through HM-Sat-Shop, but I'm expecting it to be cancelled soon.

Hi DonSE2,
If you haven't put your dish up yet. Would you be able to post a picture of the backplate please, where the elevation adjustment is.
Thanks
Offensive
You can change them two elevation and back mount nuts with wing nuts to make it more easyI set it up roughly before the rain came last week, initial readings on 0.8w were slightly lower than the Triax 1.1 but hoping with some fine tuning I can improve it. It seems well made and the bracket adjustment far easier than the Triax. Will do some proper testing once the weather improves.
@Gladstones - where did you get those "long-eared" wingnuts as I've only been able to find "short-eared" ones? You can change them two elevation and back mount nuts with wing nuts to make it more easy
Then you can easily loose and tight them with your hand

Thank you for that, I noticed you are using a patio mount.
