Ok, all done, used a 1TB but had to convert it to FAT32 I downloaded a free utility called FAT32format.exe, Quick formatted the full 1TB on my PC in less than a minute, works fine on Tehnomate, no problems recording now!

Ok, works much better now across the arc, although some FTA channels cannot be viewed despite getting more than 80% signal quality on reciever, do I need to position the LNB as well, there is a lot of adjustment available, back and forth as well as twist.
