Metek HDD isn't a receiver, but I have tested it and works. BUT. My VU ZERO 4K is working too. So probably it is NOT in short mode....

Received on a GTCombo rx, CS TBS6903 card, 1.2mtr CM, cheap pll lnb, location North Nottinghamshire-UK.

Which PID is IPTV? Only Video/Audio pids are encoded

I rechecked 10971 H,29700,2/3,8PSK with neumoDVB, under Linux. Fortunately I'm glad I was wrong when I said it was an IPTV stream because I found that it's actually the Swiss package activated yesterday, it seems, with TV and lots of Radio.
Need to check under Windows, and see if it can see it usually. I haven't tried it on this OS yet.

I discovered it yesterday; whether it was before or not is less important, but the fact that it is not IPTV, and this package can be seen and heard on FTA radio, and not as I initially thought.
I also checked on Windows.

yesterday you had a huge error rate when transferring from CS (which TSR also showed you),
this transponder for Kabelio has been broadcasting for at least 2 years with minimal changes in the cast

Just a note ... it only works on certain images (mainly old ones), for sure on OpenATV 6.4
