For the first time in my life, I get a feed from Hotbird at 13 degrees :)

 
Are these for WC qualifiers, do you reckon?

I only get 3 here actually and are fairly weak. But I think my dish is partially obscured by our chimney :rolleyes:

I wonder if anyone has noticed deliberate jamming going on. 12324H for example has a carrier superimposed probably to stop Iran receiving BBC Persian. Also 11137H at the moment.

Eutelsat accuses Iran of jamming its satellites

Eutelsat alleged on Thursday that Iran had jammed two of its satellites since Sept 26, adding that it had asked the relevant authorities to stop the interference immediately.

works fine here,only BBC persion is somewhat weaker than what it should be
 
Its not the frst time - Iran was jamming the persian language news services a few years ago

Interestingly the jamming is still present this morning but it doesn't seem to be destructing the signals here. Both muxes produce decent video & audio. Maybe that carrier from Iran goes up and down in level? We had similar trouble at 26E some years ago!
 
The first transmission of interference waves from a truck in Cuba on Iranian channels on the Telstar 12 satellite was made about 15 years ago.
 
Eutelsat are fighting back! A new mux has appeared on 11355V with fec= 1/2 carrying BBC Persian.. No sign of interference to that yet on what is a most robust signal.
 
10775H now being completely jammed by a very large carrier.

All the iranian transmissions/channels are jammed on several satellites and Eutelsat has already prepared an offensive, diplomatically and technically.
 
10775 H seems to have been cut off by eutelsat ( no signal at all)
Punished for jamming?
 
10775H transponder is still on, but there is a narrower jamming signal at 10775H as well.
