15 west telstar bbc

hi guys as you know 907 was cut off in April downloaded 15 west into my icecyript reciver auto sat locked on searched for channels found bbc/itv etc etc . BUT when try to watch any programs the screen is blank any info what i am missing or is it just a matter of put the biss codes in thanks .jud
