Testing channel on 21585H. Unknown provider at present.
Further to this transmission, does anyone recognize the country of origin from the crest on the cap of this gentleman? Assuming of course that is the country whose transmission this is.

Looks to be red, black and green, so possibly Malawi?

Edit, was typing when second image posted, may not be being sent from Malawi
 
Those are the Mauritius colours, but still cannot be sure. Any chance of zooming in on the mikes?
 
Problem is Milamber, it's a poor signal at the mo, and I only get the occasional decent snap.

It's certainly a big event, camera to the crowd shows the audience all togged up in shirts plastered with the crest and words not yet identified.

... Good catch, also got a lock on it up here in central UK but only maxing out at 8.2dB Edgar. :)
Btw .... the SX88 rx does not see it.

The 6903 pc card makes a bit better job of it ....
