Sadly, the time has come for me to sell the dish, it was purchased for a work job and now thats over so is the dish.

Its in perfect condition, I have the original threaded bar and bolts (as i used 3rd party for the install).

Its in peterborough, uk. Ideally collection only, however I will deliver it via a rental van if you cover the cost of the van rental.

Unfortunatly i dont have the original packaging! Ideal for picking up fringe satellites like 7w Nilesat.

Looking for around £1000 ~ although will consider serious offers.

I will have to go back to my work and ask them; £750 would be much easier to get them to agree on.

When would you be able to collect it?
 
£750 sounds fine to me. If you get no answer in the next few hours I can collect mid-week next week, just need to know who to transfer funds to.

I thought the dish was mine? Was arranged to sort out collection on monday... and you said £800 to me... I am desperate for this dish my 2.5m is not working at all! If you dont want to sell it to me dont tell me i can buy it?

CH great buy m8, if i wasn't strap for cash :( i would have snapped dish off martin last week.

I contacted the guy via pm and got his phone number and everything was sorted out.

Gary you are confused. Malard (the owner) is who you PM'd, not Malsat.

It's the forum rules, to avoid the confusion going on now in this thread.
 
This is the classic example of why we insist that all negotiations are carried out on open forum, it is clearly stated in the heading for this section and in the Sticky "Please read this before posting, or replying to an advert" thread. Every time there's been a problem, it has been because of private negotiations by PM or Email.

Sorry for all this confusion. I was abroad at IBC over the weekend.

Gary, did contact me via PM asking why i wanted to sell it, when he offered a price I asked him to put this into the thread AS PER FORUM RULES, feel free to examine my inbox if you wish.

The offer stands at £800 from gary, if anyone wants to outbid please let me know as its below what i was looking to achieve for the item. If no-one offers a better price before the 15th of september i will take gary's offer.

Sorry for confusion my end i did not really we actually had to put in offers on the forum but clearly i know that now! lol.

So il stick at 800 then

Need to unload some surplus equipment, this is the place, private sales only, sell anything which is legal in the UK and Europe. The forum administrators reserve the right to remove any item they deem unsuitable without notice. Negotiations must be carried out in the thread, not by PM.
Its quite clear no pm bids,I will bite my tongue,buts its not on.

malsat, I think Channel Hopper had offered closer to the asking price anyhow, and that was acknowledged in post #5.

and i offered 800 ok via pm but now publicly on the forum...
 
mate if channel hopper wants this dish let him have it.

he is going to help me sort out my dish and secure the lnb better so if he does that my dish will be ok again and he needs it for a job

Not correct, GaryG should have the dish as he offer £800 and Malard already told GaryG that he could have it, case closed.
 
The sale was made at £750 in post #5 and it stays at that, if more was wanted more should have been stated at the time
