Getting a Kuwaiti package on 11674H 27500 3/4, coming in at 6.6dB, anyone else getting this? Presume it must be on the east beam and not the MENA, although wouldn't it clash with the package on 11680H in middle eastern areas where both beams are strong?

Ive split this post off the 25C thread and now 25C is no more I will close that thread

hi SatSearcher -
are you still getting signal from this t.p. ?
tried this last night but got nothing even using the 1.8 dish .

Yep-I'll let you! Now i want to get home and try for this bird myself. 25B was always very borderline, the slightest whiff of rain and it disappeared.

Hi nelson_b,
This disappeared last night about half an hour after i posted it! Nothing there today either, but i can guarantee it was there for a short time last night! Scanned in 20 channels (TV & Radio), it was an exact copy of the Kuwaiti package on 12523H BADR 4 26E. Might've been testing a new frequency for this package.

It's a strange one this! Signal keeps coming and going! I'll try and post a picture next time the signal drops in, if it stays long enough!

Driving me mad trying to catch this on crazyscan! By the time it gets to 11674H the signal has dropped out! Did manage to take a couple of photos on my mobile though, at least it proves it was there! One taken while signal was present, the second just after it had dropped out. 43% on my AZBox equates to around 6.8dB

thanks for the pictures --
i only have the slightest trace of signal from that t.p. here 0.5 --1.0 db
using the 1.8 dish ?

i can see the data t.p. that "mar val" posted its showing around 10.0 db unlocked on the F15 --- so i know i,m looking in the right place -- l.o.l.

Thats all i get most of the time, then out of nowhere for around 20-30 seconds i get signal, then drops out completely again! Can't work this one out!

yes certainly odd --
you must be better placed for the sat footprint than me -- although i.m also in west yorks ---- i,m on the lancs border and barely 20 miles from lancaster
i,v been monitoring the signal on and off all evening and i don,t get any bursts of signal on the 1.8 dish --

New TP with test card. 11547 V 27500 2/3 8PSK.

There is a very weak horizontal transponder. I just got it.

Looking at the footprints illustrated above these now seem different to what is shown on Flysat.
The 1st one shows a lobe over the UK but there is no sign of this on their footprints or a European beam really at all. I know I can't receive this new satellite now whereas I could the old one usually OK.

We have new TPs with Eshail test card. 11585 ,11624V

Is anyone getting the new bein hd channels on eshail 25.5 in the UK and what dish etc.. are you using? thanks in advance :)

Thanks for the above info- I still get nothing though, from the old satellite it was marginal. But well done putting all that research up.
:-clap
