Found it, it is LHCP. It looks like I am further into the beam as the TPs are stronger here, closer to London. I haven't checked the frequency of the Gilat but it probably isn't too far off, the spec is +/-25ppm.

Visible, but only bobbing just above the noise here. Not clear enough to take a snapshot from the Promax.

Bare with me, just in the midst of establishing if one of the comms towers down the road is the cause of erratic video pulsating on / off on 18GHz signals, i thought it was my XMW pll lnb going duff but iv'e got the same symptoms using a modded SL3 lnbf. Is there anything about like an 18GHz band pass filter Graham ?.
I'll swing the Hughes band B into position on the 1.25 Gibby in a moment and have a look for that beacon.

... Thar she blows, 19950 beacon at 26° E. My LO setting on the Promax of 18750 might be just a tad off .
