Maybe you locked in at a "wrong time" ... before the actual program started.
Anyway, quite some strange carriers with SR 27500 at the moment but ... all empty.

Currently receiving these, used to receive 11.077 V (LBC) & 12.521 V (Iraqia TV) but not anymore. 12.520 H 12.544 V have long left...
No chance in 10.70-10.95 GHz band.

Here you go... 11.099 V is not always present, it's a feed channel.
Also, the Blue Nile Channel 2 decreased the power a lot, not receivable anymore since a couple of weeks.

Thank you for your answer.Actually I wanted to know if the tv programs on these frequencies are the same as those found earlier on Turksat 5A, or rather on Arabsat 6A(apud FlySat).And as you can see on #174, there are five active frequencies between 11582 V and 11596 with the same TV programs and the same parameters.
Maybe someone can tell us why the same programs are repeated on the same satellite with the same parameters,i.e. Arabsat 6A?

Answer is quite simple, it's a "reflection" of the same uplink (to Arabsat) on the poorly coordinated transponder & frequencies layout of Turksat 5A. It's a known story from the past, best known case is the RASD TV being uplinked to ABS 3A and reflected on AMOS (SpaceCom subsequently managed to resolve this somehow).

Quite some changes recently on this position, probably due to Turksat 5A coordination mess.
Frequencies can be seen on the attached screenshots.

There's also a reflection now on Arabsat 6A, 11.019 V delivers Turksat Tanitim reflected from 11.519 V, Turksat 5A.

After a gap of over two years since my last scan on 30.5 East in Ku-Band I have revisited it and used a GTMedia v8 UHD receiver for a scan.
There seems to have been several changes to the frequencies and channels but I managed to lock six frequencies, all with stable locks.

There might be one or two more that will lock that could possibly flash up later as the evening progresses.

Location: Surrey, UK
Weather: Clear skies and cold, good dx'ing weather.

The frequencies that locked are listed below:

12507 V, SR2800
12543 V, SR1400 (FEC 8/9)
12745 V, SR1300
12717 V, SR3000
12729 V, SR2500
12734 V, SR2142

Three more frequencies that I missed locking earlier today have now locked.
The updated list of locked frequencies is listed below.

I am not sure if 12703V, SR1640 is from 30.5 East, it is with a huge signal level, it could be from 30.9 East?
To be investigated...

Impressive list! Here with 1.2 m I only lock 12509, 12703, 12717, 12729 and 12734 V.
Quite sure 12703 V comes from 30.5°E too, optimum of 10.5 dB is in same direction as 12717 etc.
