30000 symbol rate

My Satellite Setup
Moterk 2100A motor on Cyfra+ 80cm dish,45'E-37.5W Technomate 6800 HD receiver(Normal).
Windows 7 and Linux.
My Location
Buckinghamshire(H.Wyc)
i cant receive channels with the above symbol rate. do i need special lnb? i have a 6800hd box on 80cm dish. the channels i am trying to receive are on 22W and some on 4.8E from South Africa.
 
Have to selected the correct FEC rate on the box ?

None of the channels you desire are possible in Europe as they are transmitted on African spotbeams. THATS why you get no signal on those particular frequencies.
 
yeah double checked the FEC and its all okay. this frequency 12525 V

FEC 2/3 on 4.8E. I suppose can't receive as they meant for african spot beams.
 
Then try to receive Hellas Sat 2 @ 39° East 12729 H 30000 3/4 DVB-S2/8PSK ,more of channels of tps ,are FTA now .:D
 
Im afraid I can't bl**dy hedge in the way. But looking into moving house soon!
