Tried scanning these last night but couldn't lock. Tried again this morning and they locked easily, but even with a high SQ they're breaking up a bit.
Nice to see a new country that we see very little of on satellite. I wonder what it's for. Looking online they've just launched DVB-T2, though not all of the channels are on that TP.

A forum by our Balkan friends is talking about it likely moving to Multistream at some point, seems to be for DVB-T2 transmitters indeed: 33,0 E - Intelsat 28; Eutelsat 33A - Stranica 2 - Novi kanali - Satelitski Forum - SF

The signal level on these is really high compared to the other stuff on 33°E, I’m getting around 11.5dB C/N according to my meter. The picture and sound are super glitchy though as if the signal is very poor.
