Could a user please check transponder 3915 V? It might possibly be a TV signal. The 8PSK constellation diagram looks completely normal, but I can't seem to unlock it right now.

The signals from 3°W are always a bit thin for me in my part of the world from the 2.2mtr but i see no sign of that frequency 3915 V ...... however , i do see a signal 3915 H , 6dB max but no lock i'm afraid
