Yes of course but, both those satellite are normally set up on focal as weak sats.
Motorised system may prove better using a 1m.

I have 16°E on a multi sat setup using a Penta 85 focused on 4.8°E. So yes, it's possible with a suitable bar and a 1M dish.
However as satelliteman has said, both of those are weak sats (26°E certainly). It does depend on what you want to receive from both sats. To give yourself the best chance without going motorised or increasing dish size, use a decent dish (E.G. a Penta 85 or a Gibertini 1M) and Inverto Black Ultra LNB's.

It will be a compromise on both or either satellite with a 1m or below, fixed dish. 2 x 1m dishes would be the most reliable fixed dish solution.
