4 way switch problem with dm box

Hi everyone,


I have 2 dishes connected to Spaun SAR411F 4x1 DiSEqC Switch
1st dish has 2 lnbs and the second dish 1 lnb .
On 1st dish i have Astra 1 ( 19.2) and Eutelsat W2 , the lnb on second dish is turksat 1C,
the problem is i;m not being able to configure the satellites on my Dreambox, already checkd the idiots guide but none of the tutorials helped. when i do a search on Eutelsat W2 it finds it perfectly( only at A/B parameters) , but cant get astra to work , the SNR is 87% on astra but BER keeps rising till 8000 and cant find any channels .
any help about how should i configure the satellites , which one first with what diseqc etc ,
( as i said i already tried the guides on idiots guide but didnt work )with diseqc 1.0 and 1.1 , but no luck

Yes i have already tried severall times from that topic, it has excelent explanation, but i could not get it to work . I was doing exactly how it was described ( at least i think so ) .
Hope that someone that had simillar problem could help me

The high ber points in the wrong sat direction. You sure You have it pointed at Astra ? Have You tested it ?
 
ofcourse , i'm also using my digital receiver at the moment with those satelites , untill the dreambox is configured ,
. if sat direction was wrong , i would have not been able to watch it on my other receiver.
and the SNR on astra is around 89%
