I couldn't find any other thread for SES6/Ku band...
Has anyone been aware of Veronica Radio on 11.137 V? Listed as DATA at Flysat.
How can such stream be digested (ACM/Short frame/Continous)?

There are even two radio stations on this frequency

Radio veronica and

Radio 10

However, the sound I can hear is choppy and unintelligible.

there's even a video carrier, but it's very difficult to see in continuous.

I couldn't get a clear sound from these Dutch streams, I only caught a few jerky voices and sound/noise.
As @STEPHAN says, there is also an active video/program stream. Unfortunately, you can't decapsulate it with the usual apps and players.

This signal has been there for quite some time now, I'm sure there's another thread somewhere on the board where this was discussed. I'll try to get some screenshots tomorrow as I've seen various dutch channels here in the past few months, but of course the picture is largely a garbled mess as it's continous stream, but I've managed to make out some channel logos here and there.
 
Just had a quick look, currently it looks the the dutch channel SBS6, but every time you re-scan it you get a different channel, had Radio Veronica scanned in also, but can only get one at a time although there seems to be various channels on there, and of course the picture is a garbled mess!

Is there any frequency that you can lock using QPSK or 8PSK on EAST Atlantic beam ?
 
You need a tuner and firmware that support ShortFrameRate
