A few weeks ago, a postman delivered some GI LNBs for me to test out - 6 of them! I must say, on the Laminas, it knocks the spots off the IBU and I am getting between 1 and 2dB more signal. That's not to say it will work better on another dish but... it's performing very well here.

Anyhow, this is the "Galaxy Innovations" LNB, made in Russia but using "German technology". Whatever that means... But it works! There's some discussion about it in this thread.

I will be keeping two of these, so I have 4x of them to pass on to the next lucky owner. Never used - brand new.

They are quality, absolutely craps all over the IBU I had on my Inverto 80cm dish, the color scheme might not match your dish colour unless you have a Orange & white dish but who cares!!
