And just six weeks later, another one falls out of the sky a few miles from Yuba City. Two more bombs in the payload.


Crashed after cabin pressurization failed, forcing descent. Increased fuel consumption caused aircraft to run out of fuel before tanker rendezvous & crew abandoned aircraft. Two nuclear weapons onboard torn from aircraft by ground impact, but high explosives did not detonate.
