Signal quality is down a little this morn here ... from 1.2 c.m. but still over 14 db on the F15 ... (well over lock) tinkering with s.r. and frequency has made no difference for me on this box either - Still no audio / video .. never had this kind of an issue on the F15 before ??
Still smooth as you like on the Octagon + optima .... same dish and l.n.b.
Just a thought.. While tweaking the dish to make 11290 sit on the 12.5db bubble, I noticed anything below that caused the BER begin to rise, and of course cause breakup on most receivers. So if receivers are requiring a totally error free signal, could that mean it's the FEC that's, erm, fecked?
Is there a way of getting this sat and TurkmenAlem on the same dish (without a motor)? I did try and surprisingly got 51.5eand 53e though the same lnb pointing at 52e, however, after connecting it with my other dish driven by a motor through a 1.1 switch, I lost 51.5 but kept 53e.
Something more exotic from this satellite ... the African beam.
Only one frequency lockable at the moment but the rest is on the verge... just need some nicer weather and possibly the mechanical polarotor (skew adjustment).
Despite some additional efforts and better weather still only one lock possible. But from the rest of the screenshots one can conclude the success is really not that far away at all.
According your attached scans, you can lock one more, not only 11090 V: 11010 H 28775 3/4 DVB-S2 QPSK (4.3dB over LM in your scan).
This one is the strongest "no locked" signal at my place too (2.8dB ).
Not the case, unfortunately. I tried with the Octagon receiver, with EBSPro, with CrazyScan, with SmartDVB, with DVBDream .... only IQMonitor "delivered" this lock.
