Belarus 24 on 11340 H changed symbol rate several times yesterday,
8.0am 27500 with 4 transmissions of Belarus 24 on 11340 H very jerky pictures,
11.0am changed back to 5000 then later 2000 the transmission is much better now with 71% Signal Quality on my 88cm set up TM5402HD M1,
This mornings program is in French.
