No signal from the North-east of Turkey. It may be on the east-beam because I receive the west-beam very strongly and and my area is out of the east beam coverage. I use a multifeed system with Turksat (42E) in the center and that may also be the reason for my not receiving this frequency. I would probably receive it were on the west-beam.Loads of new Russkie channels on 12226V! ($ = encrypted)

Hi Brian........not much time of late but read your post and last sunday at 13.15hrs saw same as yourself 12456 V 27500 (Mena beam) and also managed to see the DVB-S2/QPSK ACM transponder 11246 V 4100 which Flysat are showing as west beam, seen below highlighted mixed in amongst some of the 52.5º E transponders, also shows a much lower SNR dB value....with more time I shall take another look with more fine tuning!Wrong beam for me too, nothing showing.
All I get from this bird is the new 4u I channel, AD channels that jumped ship recently and World Travel Channel, the rest ain´t here!

Just had another look from here, nothing. It´s straight over my head! The Russians on 12226V still severe break up here with the signal swinging wildly from over 10dB down to zero........
Its definitely that tp - the Turkmen channels are ok.
EDIT - dish readjusted & its better now - a steady 11.9dB
Nothing here for the Russian transponder either. Is it still transmitting or was it another "test" transmission?I'm not able to receive a sniff of this new Russian multiplex on 52E here!
OTOH both Turkmenistan signals come in with an SNR of 11.2db with the SES demo video hitting 10.4db. Even the short-lived 4U test had registered an SNR of 11db.
I suspect that if 12226V is using lower power than the other three transponders, then the high SNR required for it won't help.
