Sure Milamber, when pointing to 52.0°E, I find 12677 V as well, with 8.5 dB.
Pointing to 53.0°E, this same 12677 V is 13.8 dB.

The odd thing at Pontiend is, the software is actually tuned to 12303 V but showing 12677 V in the channel properties.
Your results are the same as mine, I can see 12677 V from approx 54E to 51E maybe a little more , due to strength of signal. Just wanted a more northern view. I know my VU+ lies all the time about frequencies when on channel, only tells the truth from channel list. Have told VU, but as long as they sell, what do they care?

P.S. Forgot to ask, can you lock 12303 V where you are?

Of course, with 19 dB on the 120 cm Laminas. Even on a 33 cm Digidish, still 10.5 dB. :)

Do you think if I send my 120cm Laminas back because I can´t see it I´ll get a refund? Only get it on the Fam 1.8 prime focus and only 5.5dB for about 5 - 6 hours a day at best.
Could move North and get free football, or stay here and get a good suntan and keep the heating bills down:-doh

Suntan wins:-bighappy

Sorted it. I uninstall DVBDream. Reinstalled it. Deleted the DVBDream folder in C:. Pasted an earlier saved DVBDream folder back into C:.12677v now scans the correct channels.
The problem arose be cause EBScan picked up 12677 on a scan of 52 E
NormallyI would expect a transponder from an adjacent satellite to scan the correct channels for that transponder. For some reason it scanned the Turkmenistan channels.
I already had the channels on 12303v scanned in.
It was obviously a DVBDream problem. Not the TBS card.
Edit. I think that just deleting the DVBDream folder in C: and replacing in with the old saved one would have sorted it.No need to uninstall the program itself.

Hi P....yes had similar events and 'cleaning' DVB Dream usually clears any probs.

¿What version of DVB Dream are you using at the mo?

Thanks and be safe. respect-048.gif

At first I installed version 26a.That worked ok Now I have reinstalled the latest version 2.7.2. That is working fine.A scan on 12677V now gets the channels that belong there.
As I said before it looks like there was a problem in the DVBDream folder in C:.
The screengrab below is the channel list that I had.The odd thing is that they worked.

Two feeds active:
12372 V 4800 5/6 DVB-S: ASKABAT
12382 V 4800 5/6 DVB-S: TURKMENBASI DBS
These are weaker here (13.5 and 8 dB ) than the two regular turkmen transponders that are about 19 dB.

The transponder centered on 12399 H is also switched on since a couple of days, but not yet carrying something lockable.

@william-1 12372V and 12382V come from the same 33 MHz transponder at 12380V, hence have the same beam.
We both are covered well by both the east and west beam!
Someone in eastern Europe (Russia, Finland etc.) can probably tell what beam these feeds are on!

Both Ok here, so west beam only possible.

Indeed Feedsat, exactly the same here, locking 12382 on H as well with 5.6 dB.
Uplink skew must be wrong, that would explain the bad dB value in V.

Thank you Kveys as well!
