These eastern satellites are annoying and almost seem like a waste of er.... space. They all carry very little and usually nothing permanent.

How are satellite operators even making money on them what with cost of building and launching these things?

Big Afghan package started on 12341 V 27500 3/4 8PSK.
Using short frames, probably not lockable on normal sat receivers.

If I am on the right one it is locking alright on the TBS6983 100cm dish.

The Edision OSmini receiver handles this with no problem at all! Signal at 13.4db (less than Turkmen channels, perhaps a different beam?)

Yesterday, I couldn't lock it with 150 cm north Italy...... I don't think they are still there.....
