This mornings grab is the first time (i think) that i have seen the correct transmitted receive parameters that match the original channel data for reception shown on the screen a week or so ago

I think Watan is still being degraded by about 5dB but it's now got one narrow signal at 11661 underneath it and another one on 11665 extending its apparent bandwidth at the top end. The signal on 11661 was present a few days ago as was another narrow signal on 11668. I think that the RF level of Watan has remained the same for a while.

@John , it's interesting that your analyser shows the CNR at 13dB and the MER at 8dB which is consistent with my 7-8dB SNR today vs. 13-14dB when in the clear. If you tune to 11665, can you get anything with a SR of 2000ks?

Just checked the plot now Graham, when i posted earlier there was nothing else showing either side of 11660, it was clean - now my Promax plot shows the same as your latest plot - unfortunatly i can't narrow the lock capture range on this particular Promax HD Ranger+ so as to capture just the area of 11665, it just latches onto 11660.
I'll manually input the info into the GTCombo and see what i get

Apparently the Afghanistan Packet has changed to 11772 H. At 11660 H there is only one empty carrier.

Could not receive it on 11655....but Ok on 11660 or rather from 11657 to 11666, with a 1.5 Dish. And up to 11664 with
my 1.2 Dish

I really don't know. I am using an Inverto Black 0.1 on a 1.2 Dish and a BEST 0.1 LNB on a 1.5 Dish.
At this Moment the signal on Watan channel is really Low 2.75 - 3 db. on my 1.5 and a bit lower on the 1.2 Dish.
type of LNB device.....Universal LNB (software wise.) in configuration mode

here in center italy 1.2mt dish inverter megasat 70db gain noise 0.1 (more powerfull than.inverto for my experience) now reception ok on 11660 than 11665. snr not stable between 6 and 11 db. fault on transponder?

now after 15 minutes of observation snr ciclyng between 0 and 6 then 5 minutes at 6.5 and again up to 10...i think its a sort of testing mode for some terrestrial provider receiver on the ground...probably they want to low signal for home 'unwanted' users

The Inverto Black is also a 70db gain LNB. The thing is most LNBs give better response to certain Frequencies range and less to others.
For Example I had to substitute my Inverto 0.1 db with an older 'BEST' LNB on my 1.5 Dish to be able to receive the Vivacom channels on the 13East
Whilst the other Inverto LNB on my 1.2 Dish did ok with the Vivacom channels. Now let me tell you beforehand....both Dishes are perfectly
aligned to track the Satellite Arc.
