5W Steerable transponder missing in action

Since Saturday the Algerian signal on 11059H has been absent although other carriers such as 11148H are still there so I don't know if it's gone or the power has reduced.

If I move west by about 0.5° there is an unlocked signal around the correct frequency but it only peaks at 4dB SNR so without switching the 1.8 over to Ku I'm unable to ID it.

Anyone else able to confirm if 11059H is still there or off?

I can confirm that it has gone no signals here since the 30th November 2017,

I thought it was due to poor weather conditions or a dish alignment problem but no it is no longer there,

It is still available on 22 west FlySat SES-4 @ 22° West also 13 east.

I lost the signal as well. I had very good reception levels for my location, maxing at around 12db! Now there's absolute zero!

Very annoying, the 5W signal was the only one to have a complete line up of Algerian FM stations that we use to match reception during Sporadic E openings or MS.

It's close but there's five stations not on the 22W line up or on a notoriously unreliable streamer.
