Originally my set up was one single LNB on Astra 1 on an ISS 60cm dish, that then became a monoblock for 13/19°E. However since we swapped the main TV over to cable, the Sky minidish has been un-used, so we got that re-cabled and routed so I could feed it into a DiSEqC switch. The obvious problem being that it wasn't suitable for use with the monoblock.
My solution's been to replace the monoblock with separate LNBs and get a 4 Way DiSEqC switch. The cheap bracket I got from eBay came with 3 LNB holders, and as the switch also had one spare port I decided to stick another LNB on. Obviously limited as to what I can get, I've opted for 4.8°E European beam.
So now my set-up consists of 19.2°E, 13°E, 4.8°E and 28°E (from Minidish). This just feeds into my DM500HD.
Dish obviously aligned on Hotbird now, was Astra beforehand. I have an 80cm Faval on order so I'll be swapping the dish over this week hopefully.
Cables are all quite messy at the moment too, will be sorting that out when I put the 80cm up.
...Oh and the large aerial on top of the pole is for FM radio. The small sticking out piece of metal at dish height is believe it or not a Lidl camping dish mount! Totally seized up; nobody's been able to remove it - keep meaning to take a saw to it but never get round to it!
