Monitoring now but taking ages to clear.

If Octogon make a Band D Ka lnb then yes. A Ku band lnb will not.
Octogon receiver - yes, if coupled to a suitable Band D Ka lnb

XMW R9215IDF PLL LNB for Ka-Band D (7.0E and 16.0E)

A slightly cheaper lnb Band D option but needs an additional feed to purchase to suit the dish type being used.
An even cheaper option if you can ever source one is an Inverto Ka/ku lnbf.
** I'm using the cheaper Norsat 9000 D-2 at the moment on a 1.2mtr Gibertini dish.
