This mornings grab of it with new sat name & band position added to Combo database.
Yesterdays grab showed very low 'strength' and 'quality' readings due to me not switching on the separate host rx [TM-5402-M3] that provides lnb volts & captured signal to the Combo rx.
Ch still good strength but video quality leaves a bit to be desired.

Is your -TM5402 the right receiver to obtain these channels?

The 5402 HD M3 is only in circuit at the moment due to it's versatility in the lnb menu / selective scanning range etc - before GTMedia added more usable Ka band LO frequencies it was not possible to enter the correct LO to suit any non-standard lnb - the 5402 is able to enter a user entered LO value so is very useful. I and other enthusiasts still use Ka band lnb's that have LO values still not covered by the GT Combo , this is where the 5402 steps in to help.... it's very limited in other areas but that's not a problem for me as it's [5402] not part of my main more capable receivers. The Combo gets it's signal from the 'loop-out' socket of the 5402, i had forgot to switch on the 5402 when i took my screen grab so the Combo was being deprived of full lnb volts.
The 5402 M3 will receive and display this FTA Ka channel with a suitable Ka band D lnb attached but it's tuner is not quite as sensitive as i would like it to be, so ideally at least a 1.2 mtr or larger dish or a different more southernly qth would be better. My Combo rx is being fed by a Norsat Ka Band D lnb that is 'side saddled' on the side of my Cband 2.2mtr rig.
