In the last 10 minutes or so , 21.682 H has reduced in strength by 3dB or so - original post had all three carriers at same levels

That's right, the signal level has decreased. But I can still receive it well at 2.20m.

21638 H 1100 2/3, Bantamba TV (Senegal) has left - switched now to 16.0°E on same parameter/Pids
