You may have a fake lock. I checked everything 85.2, 86.5,87.5 and 83.0 ost. There is nothing to be seen anywhere in this area. Possibly an external fault and the CrazyScan has made a fake lock. I already had that with the eastern positions.
You probably mean anto@'s reception. If it's not quoted expresses verbis, I can assume it's also me.
But if you have me in mind, I rechecked the transponders at 85.2E.
At the risk of cluttering up the topic with the same reception report (above), here's what the analyzer looks like at this position now.
You're right to suspect Crazyscan is displaying and/or locking a fake transponder. But these errors are rare, especially when the signal is very weak, or picking up an interfering signal.
But about the errors that we find with Carzyscan, we could mention them in the reports posted on the forum.
Usually the DVB application developers don't ask us when we suspect a fake transponder or errors, we are lucky that
@CrazyCat tacitly corrects them when it sees such reports, if it considers it appropriate.
For example, in my previous spectrum, there are two fake transponders, namely:12630 V,3661,8/9,16APSK and 12719 V,3629,5/6, found with the 6909x card, and which actually repeat the ones in the lower band, at 11079 V,3662,3/4,32APSK and 11168 V,3629.
I found the same thing at 5.0W.
These are probably errors/bugs coming from the driver, or maybe the demodulator.
No other card I've worked with so far displays such errors.
BTW, what are you getting at 85.2E?
