Have you gone to your ISPs Webmail (Not your own Mail Client) and checked the Spam folder?
 
I am having the same problem. I haven't found an activation email even after setting up two user accounts.
 
Well firstly setting up more than one membership account can get you banned, no reason to do this, if you have a problem post in this section. What was the other user name?

If it doesnt appear in your inbox check your spam folders & the rubbish bin.
