adding channels manually

Spiderbox 7000HD, 1m DigiMaxx mesh dish, TM Motor
My Location
West Midlands
I have a Technomate 1500 ci receiver which is connected to a sky dish.

I wanted to add the fta cbeebies channel manually but it asks for 3 settings:-

VPID
APID
PPID

I can find vpid & apid from lyngsat but what do I put in for the ppid number? :confused:
 
Do you have BBC 3 & 4? If so those are the 2 kids channels before 7pm.
