Advice needed on weak signals

Hi Guys,

I am in the South of Norway and am interested in Astra 28.2E. I have a Gibertini 1.5 dish with a Triax .03 db (40mm)universal lnb and a Dreambox 7025S receiver.

I am currently able to receive BBC1 and ITV 1-2 and 4. The reception is good except in times of heavy rain. I also get intermittent reception from BBC2 and ITV3.

I have little knowledge of satellite reception details, hence my question.

Would I be able to gain the marginal improvement I need by using a c120 feedhorn (Gibertini) and a suitable lnb? (invacom 0.3 twin with c 120 flange)

yes try that as dishes over 1.2metre are best used with a c120 lnb and feedhorn as this uses all the dish face

other wise upgrade to a bigger /better dish like andrews, prodelin
