hello morphosis and rolfw :) Well being a former disgruntled customer of europe online i took a look at there website again to see whats new. They have certainly improved there website design using flash (very nice) but thats just the sales pitch. Cant see anything wrong with the price as regards getting a dvb card, bear in mind it will only be free to air and will not have a cam add on support (my guess anyway) You should be able to pick up all the free to air channels atleast. I do not think they have changed much though. On their site they show their top 5 downloads etc, mainly shareware stuff i think, On there site you can download at top speed these files but go to another website on the net and you may find like i did that it wouldnt work very well at SEEING the file never mind downloading it, they used to call it the file fetch system as i recall. I tried various file sharing programs but none of them would seem to work and/or set up correctly with a proxy. I see no indication of any major changes as regards this, perhaps someone knows different? Has the file still to be queued up for download at a certain time? Do you still need to be connected to an isp to connect? i would imagine so as this was the case with myself. See related threads on europeonline. I would think though to summarize that its a good way of getting a cheap dvb card for not much less than what you would pay anyway for a slightly better cheap dvb card :) yours sincerely a disgruntled former europeonline customer ps. i wonder if there channel 18 xxx channel really is xxx? or just a soft version of playboy
