AFN Satellite Setup in Israel

My Satellite Setup

Since AFN has moved from hotbird to eurobird, I can't get my AFN to work properly.

I attached some pics of my current setup.

I have read all of these threads. Reading them again for the third time to make I didn't miss anything. I've tried everything outlined in all of those threads, but I'm still not having any luck.
 
Taking one look at your dish tells me that your elevation setting is way too high, your dish face should only be slightly off vertical, your LNB F connector should be at about 5 O'clock when looking at the dish from behind the LNB..
 
One assumes you have re-orientated (moved) the dish to 9 degrees as you do not mention that you have

was this on afn before?
everything looks good
do not tuch the elevation just stand behind the dish and move right 1/4 inch.
the lever will go up and it will lock
